Warranty

Klas & Sylph warrants any Goods purchased from us and authorised distributing partners to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of purchase or the Goods becomes significantly worn out (e.g. the tire tread becomes significantly faded or the footwear upper becomes tattered due to heavy usage), whichever case happens first. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to determine whether or not the Goods is significantly worn out.

The warranty applies ONLY to the Goods with a net purchase price of THB 1,500.00 and above at the time of purchase, so please make sure to keep your receipt for warranty claim purpose. Klas & Sylph will repair or replace, at its option, without charge, eligible warranted Goods that show sign of the following defects:

• Loose outsole
• Detached sock lining
• Broken accessories (e.g. buckles)

Klas & Sylph may also provide the above-mentioned repair services to Goods that are no longer covered by the warranty or for Goods purchased at the net purchase price lower than THB 1,500.00 for additional charge, unless we agreed in writing otherwise.
